Review of Clearview vision 500 stove

exactly as expected

Like most people reading this we spent many many hours trying to decide what new stove to buy.

Following our homework and on reading reviews we chose the Clearview vision 500. Our first problem was finding one in stock (we are in the South East), we tried several and no-one had one in stock, companies said they would check 'out back' to see if they had one but never phoned back.. Then we came across a company in Worthing, they had one in stock and arranged delivery for the next day... Fitting by a local company was completed and we have waited a month for some colder weather to try it out ready for this winter..

This week we have had it running every day. All I can say is it is VERY simple to use, no longer do I have tears running from my eyes with smoke detectors going off everywhere..

Simply pull the out the lever at the bottom under the door, light a few scraps of paper, add a bit of card add a few small bits of wood and away it goes...within 5 mins. It can cope with a room 10m x 7m (using a fan on top) in just tick over, if piled up it can do more than required so we know were ok for the coldest of days.

We have had stoves from other manufacturers in previous houses but without doubt this is the easiest to operate and the large window gives a lovely view.. We are totally happy with this quality product.
