Review of Clearview vision 500 stove

It's the Rolls Royce as far as log burners go!

We will be leaving our trusted Clearview behind in January, and beside the ground source heat pump we installed the Clearview was equally the best thing we put into our barn conversion, she lights easily and considering I didn't want one to start with because of the mess I have been totally converted! She produces very little ash, and the clean wash system looks after the glass with ease. My husband installed it and we had a heatas certificate put on it before we sold the barn, it was easy to install (so I was told) and maintain for the last 3 years. Controlling the fire is to us as easy as a gas fire! Once it's up to about 200 she burns most wood with no problem. Over the last 3 winters we have loved this fire, nothing better on a cold winters night to get the Clearview roaring a glass or two of wine shutting the fire down and watching the flames dance up in front of the glass, we say it's like watching a fish tank you just get totally mesmerised by the flames! So we will be off to Ludlow in the new year to make that all important purchase! My home just won't be complete with out a Clearview anymore. Amazing fire! & you definitely get what you pay for 100% happy customers!
