Review of Clearview Pioneer 400 stove

Clearview Pioneer

We are just getting ready to install our second Clearview Pioneer stove having been overwhelmed by the performance of our first one - installed 3 years ago on a gable wall. Our heating bill has reduced dramatically since installing this stove although we do have a free log supply. We have now opened up a second hearth running through the middle of our house and are confident that the second stove will heat the body of our house.\n\nBurning overnight has worked really well for us when we use oak logs which thankfully we have a good supply of. My only issue with this stove is the handle for opening the door, we always have to wear a glove.\n\nWe highly recommend this stove, certainly a great investment.\n\n
