Clearview Pioneer 400 Stove

John Hewitt

I am pleased to be adding another favourable review to the 57 previous reviews on the Pioner 400 stove. We had ours installed by a great local company (in Maidenhead) some two-years ago now and we've been extremely pleased ever since. The cool air 'washing' of the glass really works and keeps the soot at bay and it fills the ground floor with heat from its 5kw output. We use a combination of harder woods and the eco-coal and I find that creates a long-burning fire that will stay in all night and can be easily re-ignited the following morning. I would recommend this stove to anyone looking for their first woodburner and look forward to many more long Winter evenings spent it front of ours...
