Even after a service, the issues we had last year (first full year) are still there. The air wash is at best temperamental and the glass needs cleaning every day, sometimes not a big job but other times a real problem. We were told by the service engineer that there was no issue with the wood we burn.

Disappointing.

Stove expert replied: Surprising for a Clearview stove, is the wood dry and well seasoned?
