A LOVELY FIRE,EASY TO USE, ONLY FITTED END OF OCTOBER 2013-but neighbours were complaining of the strong smell of smoke. Have had it serviced last month. Neighbours still complaining so had to stop using it. CAN YOU PLEASE ADVISE.

Stove expert replied: Get the installer back to check all is well, you may need to extend the flue. Is the flue lined? An alternative cowl may also help to solve this but further investigation is required.
