Review of Charnwood Cove 2 stove

Contemporary Stove

Andrew Nicholson 3 months ago

Cove 2b struggles to keep a 4 bedroom house warm and provide sufficient hot water. Every time the door is opened ash falls everywhere. A weld securing the air guide at the top of the stove has failed, it went with a loud bang. The weld appeared not to have penetrated the fire box sufficiently. The main body of the stove has also cracked in 2 places adjacent to the door. Charnwood’s advice was the fill the cracks with fire cement and carry on. The 2 year warranty is insufficient
