Review of Charnwood Country 4 stove

A lovely little stove, purchased on the basis of reviews here! Had this installed a week or so ago, after having an open fire for over 10 years, and have found that it's perfect for our large lounge; the heat can also be felt in the hall too. We went for the multi-fuel option (so that coal could be added on really cold days). Not tried overnight burning yet (hence rated three here), but I'd certainly recommend this burner. It takes about an hour to reach full temperature and I'm amazed at how little it consumes the wood compared to our previous open fireplace.\n\n

Stove expert replied: Open fires are very inefficient so this stove is giving a good all round performance compared to their previous situation.
