I have had this stove for 4 yrs now. It takes a long time to reach optimum temperature and the glass always blacks up.

I''ve had the chimney swept and installer confirms I''m using it correctly.

Having used a friends clearview stove, I would probably opt for this in the future.

Stove expert replied: Keep the airwash open and used dry fuel to help keep the glass clear.
