Fantastic Stove, excellent customer service!!

We purchased our Charnwood Country 4 Multifuel Stove a year ago. It ran through the first winter and all of our downstairs central heating radiators had to be turned off, because of the heat that it can generate. It is so easy to light, the glass self-cleans and it makes a great feature to come home to on a cold winters evening. We had to contact Charnwood recently regarding a technical issue and they could not have been more helpful, talk to these guys, they are the most customer-focussed company I have ever encountered.
