Review of Charnwood c4 stove
Incomplete stove supplied with poor back up - disappointing
A number of the parts were missing from the stove and 3 months on the issues are still unresolved. Have dealt directly with the manufacturer - they were very unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the issue directly.
Stove expert replied: Manufacturers do not normally deal direct with customers as they use their suppliers to provide this service, the supplier is who you have your contract with and should get any missing parts for you.
