  • Unbelievable heat.

We purchased this stove after staying at my sisters, who has a Burley Brampton. I could not believe the difference between hers and our Morso Panther. We liked the clean lines of the Swithland
. It took a few burns to get used to the stove. The secret is to get it to a good temp. (200''C flue) and then it just throws out the heat and burns anything. We use seasoned hardwood and bring of in a day or two before use as it can be damp. I put 2 stove fans on the top which I think helps. It has a single easy control and the air wash ''jet'' system is unbelievable like a jet flame when hot. We don''t get ash, we get a grainy bricket left as it gets so hot in the ash box. Now looking to replace our Franco Belge in the other room.
