Having trawled the internet I got a good price for the fire. I'm very pleased with the heat output and love the flame, The fire is easy to light and does not make a lot of ash. However a visitor foolishly threw plastic into the fire which has left a fog on the glass. Had the fire for one winter and I love it

Just one word of caution beware of getting a reputable installer, it certainly pays to get a good one unlike to one we had!
