We've had this stove in about a year now, it looks good, it lights easily and very hot when burning dry logs.

The only negative point is the airwash system, the glass requires cleaning every day prior to lighting, its a shame cos the flame pattern is very pretty but sadly obscured by a cloudy or sooty haze.

Stove expert replied: Are you leaving he airwash control fully open and are the logs that you are burning dry and seasoned?
