The stove gives out a really good heat and made my house much warmer but the handle to open and shut it is always loose and the control underneath to let in more air comes undone from the back. The one thing which is annoying is that it doesn't light very well when cold. I have started to use firelighters with my kindling and this seems to work better, so just keep it filled up for best results

Stove expert replied: Cold flues can make lighting a stove more difficult, using firelighters gets heat into the lighting fuel and will help to light a difficult stove.
