handles are garbage

Had this stove fitted expertly about 6 weeks ago and both the handles are garbage. I have to tighten the cam and lobe on the door EVERY time I use it, the lever at the bottom handle is loose and impossible to tighten. depending on whether the stove is lit depends on the ease of using this lever also. if I had the chance again I wouldn't buy the stove.

Stove expert replied: Can the handle be fitted with a locking nut so that it doesn't keep working loose? Disappointing problem.

    Burley will send out a modified handle if you contact them. Just had mine delivered free of charge.

    The installer should have tighten the handles up properly, They are supplied loose to prevent damage.
