We've lit our stove half a dozen times since installation and have been extremely impressed. It lights like a dream, burns fantastically well and gives off amazing heat. We've had multi fuel stoves in our other 2 houses so this is our first "wood only" stove but we're converted.

So far we've had barely any residue to form an ash bed so the claims about efficient burning really are substantiated. I rated the overnight burn category as 1 as the stove isn't intended to be "kept in" but don't let that detract from what is a first rate stove. On a final note, the flame swirl pattern is everything we hoped for and more, and for a pyromaniac like me, that's important!
