I have only just purchased my Burley Debdale and have only used it twice. So far, so good and, despite being quite plain, it looks good in my kitchen.

After the installer had lit a small fire, when I went to clean glass next day, it was cracked with a large piece missing. The installer denied all knowledge, hmmm, but Burley sent me a new one free of charge!

It was also delivered without it's Welcome Pack. Burley saved the day by sending me this direct I cannot rate Burley's Customer Service high enough.
