A Dreadful Stove

Whenever I open the door (eg to reload) smoke billows into my room. The fire cement has cracked. The iron grill at the bottom (above the ash pans) has warped and broken in two. My installer has been brilliant, returned many times, tried installing a flue fan and replaced the WHOLE flue with one which exceeds Broseley's recommendations - all at his expense. Little change. My ceiling and walls are going black, my furniture has a light layer of ash and I dread to think what this wretched stove is doing to my lungs. The Evolution 26 is badly designed, badly made and not fit for purpose. I wouldn't advise my worst enemy to buy this rubbish.
