Lousy Customer Support
Installed beginning of June 22. First used Oct 22, then almost daily until Mar 23 without issue. Then used intermittently with spring weather. Then at the beginning of April, the black rope door seal started to come away from its channel in the door at the seal join and started to fray quite badly. Installer agreed to sort out but advised there would be a charge. I phoned Pevex direct as the stove door seal had failed within six months of use. They asked that I email them with pics, which I did. They completely ignored that and my subsequent reminder. Subsequent investigations reveal Pevex to have a poor reputation for Customer Service on Google Reviews and Trust Pilot. Please bear in mind before any purchasing decision is made. My scores here are based upon the currently, unrepaired stove and the six months it has lasted.
