Unsure best way to burn

Hi..just installed the cube x 40 ( I have lost my instructions on how to use the slidders) please if anyone can guide me on how to burn well get good heat etc..any help is much appreciated .:)

Stove expert replied: You should be able to get a copy of this from the internet, supplier or manufacturer which would be recommended so that you will know the best way to operate the stove.
