Bergen Baffle plate issue

I love my woodburner which was installed Sept 17.

My only issue with it is twice now the baffle plate has fallen down. We place the logs in gently, just wondered if any other Bergen owners have this issue.

It''s only a few months old and don''t want to continue with this issue. I have contacted the local installers again for help.

Stove expert replied: It would appear that there is only one position for the baffle to be located if you refer to the manual, and I am unaware of other customers that have had this issue.
