I have only had my stove for 6 weeks and am finding it very difficult to use.

As soon as the thermometer gets to the recommend heat and adding the logs the temp drops and fire goes out.

The only way I seem to be keeping the fire alight is by having the door open and that defeats the object.

All the lovely flames advertised in the viewing window only last while the kindle is burning.

I have watched the fire lighting video from nordpeis and still can't get it to work properly

Stove expert replied: What length is the flue system, and what diameter? Is it a lined flue with insulation? Have you enough air in the room to allow for combustion? It sounds like an installation issue and the installer should be able to assist you further in the first instance to check that it meets with the manufacturers guidelines.
