Review of Aztec dowling stove

Dowling Aztec - Fantastic

B Maggio 13 years ago

This is a fantastic stove. It looks cool and interesting, and the functionality is second to none. It will take huge logs for a 6kw output stove and is very controllable and will stay in no problem overnight. The output is excellent. We have had our Aztec (no boiler) for many years and moved it when we moved house because we love it so much. It is robust in terms of build and finish and still looks as good as new. It requires very infrequent ash removal because of the clever design. There is no airwash so the window does get dirty but is easy to remove and clean. We like that you can also burn the stove open and can put a kettle on the top of ours.
