Great stove, only one issue

Love the stove, easy to light and great output. We have the one with the 3 panes of glass. Does anyone have a suggestions for best practice to stop the soot accumlating on the glass. We used to have a clear view stove and this didnt really get sooty much at all, this one goes black on the side panes almost immediately and needs cleaning every time. The front door isnt too bad. I have tried very expensive kiln dried wood and it still does it. Suggestions welcome. happy to clean it after every use, Im a bit OCD but thought it might work better than this. thanks Simon

Stove expert replied: Most stoves with side glass do blacken slightly on the sides. Log placement can also affect this.
