I have the identical problem. Difficulty with closing the door including having to apply considerable pressure on occasions. Also,the burn rate of fuel is excessive with very frequent refuelling required. An additional purchase of a draft reducer should not be necessary.

Stove expert replied: Have you been back to your supplier as there may be advice regarding the door issue. The flue draught does vary and therefore in some situations a damper or flue stabilizer may be required to insure that you have control over the stoves rate of burn.
