    I''m the same person who wrote the scathing report on the airwash system. I can say it does work really well and like the comment said on the other review, it was the fuel causing the problem
    , not the stove.

    Stove expert replied: Great news and thank you for posting your findings. Fuel are just one of the things that affect the way a stove performs and we are all quick to find fault that may not be accurate as in this case.

    I have the 5kw Malvern and although I have yet to have a full season on it (only installed in Feb) my observations are; Small ash pan Slightly difficult to control ( although this will no doubt
    improve with experience) Overall kicks out a good bit of heat Decent little stove

    I spent months looking for the right stove. Still getting to know it and only had a few fires but each time the window blackens. What happened to the amazing air wash to keep it clean? It appears
    non existent.

    Stove expert replied: Do get the wood moisture content checked as this will lead to blackening of the glass (it should be below 20%), also keep the air wash control open to enable to heated air to wash over the glass helping to prevent discolouration. As you say you are still getting to know it so do be patient and I am sure you will find it a pleasure in time.
