I spent months looking for the right stove. Still getting to know it and only had a few fires but each time the window blackens. What happened to the amazing air wash to keep it clean? It appears non existent.

Stove expert replied: Do get the wood moisture content checked as this will lead to blackening of the glass (it should be below 20%), also keep the air wash control open to enable to heated air to wash over the glass helping to prevent discolouration. As you say you are still getting to know it so do be patient and I am sure you will find it a pleasure in time.
