Westfire 27 problems

Stephen Higgs 6 years ago

Have had two lots of glass fracture during normal use.

Two friends who bought them after seeing ours have had the same problem.

Despite the glass problem the fire looks good, it is very effective, efficient and easy to use.

The big question is can you afford £500 every two months (120 hours burn time) plus the fitting charges.

Stove expert replied: Please make sure that the glass is not being over tightened as this may cause a fracture, follow the manufacturers guidance closely.
