Within a couple of weeks there was a problem with the door not sealing after two attempts to correct the problem the stove had to be replaced. However there continues to be problems with the door and controlling the rate of burn. Even with all the vents shut down, doors securely closed it does not shut down properly to just smoulder.

I would definitely not buy this stove again

Stove expert replied: Is the chimney at fault with a higher than normal draught? Worth checking as it can suck the heat out of the stove preventing it from radiating into the room and this can be rectified.
