Review of Villager A

I would avoid

I have this villager it''s about 15 years old its pretty poor o be honest 1.distortion happens in the doors so when cold you have to pinch them together on the way in or it wont shut it''s ok if you get it hot

2.air control is very poor in my opinion

3.does not output anywhere near its stated output even using the kiln dry birch as we do.

In another room we have a much smaller rated Clarke stove this is so much better in every way unbelievably it puts out way more heat doors work perfectly and it heats up much quicker.

The clarke has a 5 inch flue rather than the 6 inch villager other than that flues are both the same ie same design and same length vitreous to stainless twin wall running up the outside of the house I will be replacing the villager as it''s so poor.
