Review of Scanline 500 stove

Heta oura 300

Ian Herring 8 years ago

Had my Hera oura 300 for 6 months. This stove has a stone on top so when the fire goes out the stone gives off heat all night long, it's still tepid in the morning.

there is still a 4 inch gap under the top of the stove, so I added 4 night storage heater bricks, as there is room for them as my stoves flue is from the rear.

I would NOT recommend going for the glazed sides as the air wash is poor on the side glass.

My niggles are Ash pan could do with being bigger and less of a "jiggle" to get in and out,

Good size burn chamber, and storage under the stove.
