I have had my Stromboli for 4 years in my new seaside contempory home.It has white ceramic sides & I have positioned it center of the floor. It is the main scorce of heat in a two storie 30ft x 30ft room. There are white marble floors with underfloor heating & I have never had it on as the stove gives off so much heat. The house is in Portrush on the north coast of Ireland looking over an Atlantic Ocean bay so it gets extreme weather in winter.Please buy this stove you will love it. I have just ordered a new Romotop "Astorga " with baby pink ceramic sides so I will let you know how I get on with it.In my country home I have two large "Hunter" stoves for the past 28 years they give off lots of heat, but need up dating. A word of caution to use stoves daily make sure you have a free supply of wood,a good chain saw & be fit to stack&carry it about.
