Our Squirrel's been with us for two winters now - in the centre living room of our 2-storey 3-bed terraced house. We're not double glazed, yet on some cold winter evenings the central heating hardly needs to stir.

Its plated heat output was below a building regs. threshold for cutting additional vent. holes in walls, a crucial purchase decision, yet it can keep us four and two cats nicely snug.

Easy to light, simple to manage, our main concern is why didn't we get it sooner!
