Review of Morso Squirrel Cleanheat stove

A nice compact yet very warming. In our location I found the airwash system not to be fully effective. All right during the day but left over night on "low" the glass would soot up and would not be fully cleared even by the following evening. Slowly the soot builds up working in from the corners of the glass. Maybe later models are better or maybe this is normal. It has been a great stove for many years and apart from a broken glass , my fault it has been trouble free. Would like to have insulation on the "riddler" handle maybe it is on later models.
Has worked well on logs/wood off cuts and bagged coke. Very useful for getting rid of my paper waste like old bank statements!!Stove expert replied: It is an either or situation really - the airwash will only be effective if there is (as the word suggests), air washing over the glass. There will not be air washing over the front of the glass if the stove is turned right down
