This is a really nice stove well built and strong with a great view of the fire. The stove burns clean and gives great heat. The one issue I have is that it burns very very strongly even on the lowest setting. The burning rate is not really conrtrollable. My other stove, a Clearview stove, is not as modern looking or attractive but the burning rate is much more controllable. I find the only way to control the Morso is by limiting the burning logs to a very small amount.

Stove expert replied: The flue draw may be excessive on this flue system compared to the one with the Clearview stove. A flue damper or stabilizer should rectify this and your installer can undertake a flue draw test to verify if this is the cause.
