Great appliance but have had a manufacturing issue with door closing. With door handle not fully engaged in order to allow air in when introducing new fuel the door seems to shift position and will not properly relocate on hinge lugs when I try to fully close the door. This only occurs when the stove has reached a highish temp so I can only assume some kind of issue being caused by expansion of the door/mechanism. This may be the reason I have not been totally satisfied with the airwash as I the have to leave the stove to extinguish with door ajar causing a build of of soot(?)overnight whilst cooling.

Have had no problem with Morso issuing a replacement stove, in fact they have been great however there is some issue between themselves and my supplier as to who takes responsibility for re-fitting. I offered to get my engineer to quote for re-fit but was too expensive.

Stove expert replied: This is unusual for a Morso stove, glad to hear it has been replaced.
