The glass kept falling out because the brackets where to small according to the people at Morso this has never happened therefore I must be lying. Also tried to put blame on the Heatas reg installer but as courtesy measure they sent me a new glass and guess what? bigger brackets; so much for their warranties and after sales service rubbish.

Stove expert replied: I think that Morso having supplied you with a new glass and bigger brackets is a reasonable after sales service, they may be correct in saying that it had not happened before but they have corrected it now!!
