Very happy with our new Merlin stove. Glass has so far stayed completely clear. Excellent heat output from 4.8kW stove and big log box so only needs loading every 4 hours or so during daytime. Obtained three quotes from local suppliers and only one local firm was able to undertake the full work required themselves. Professional, polite and efficient installation from team with a can do attitude and honest, professional advice and discussion of options very helpful.
