Ordered this stove from company because they were so knowledgeable & helpful over the phone answering my many queries & requirements.The stove was delivered on time & well packaged. We have had it a month now & it is a great stove. We are very pleased with its performance. It now has a black handle not a silver one. The fire-box is amply big enough & it has a very big glass window. When you have just a small fire the glass does soot up but it quickly burns off when the fire gets hot showing lovely flames licking all over the place. Kicks out loads of heat. It is a sturdy well built fire with 3 responsive air controls.
