I am unhappy with the output of the Wenlock, we have an Aga in our kitchen which we love so decided to fit the Wenlock in our lounge, it does not heat our lounge hardly we still have to have the heating on. Also have to have the door open constantly, we had an open fire before and had more heat from that. Also we took delivery of a dumpy bag of logs of normal size and they do not fit in the fire. It burns them through very quickly hence not very efficient have tried smokeless fuel too. Can you help??

Stove expert replied: If the stove works hard but is not producing much heat you may have an over-drawing flue that can be corrected with the addition of a damper or stabilizer. Speak to your installer about this. Is the flue lined?

    Same problem with ours. Small room. Strong fire. Limited heat output. Damper fitted - no change! Chimney lined and insulated by installer. At a loss what we can do. Any ideas gratefully received-help!
