Review of Kansas stove

Would avoid!!

Claire Guerin 4 years ago

We bought an Arizona Kansas stove a year and a half ago. Great heat out of the stove. We used stove coal and dry wood. After a year the top insert (the part covering the pipe to chimney) cracked and fell. We went back to our local supplier who advised us they were discontinued and the company are not supplying parts. We have contacted the main office and searched high and low online to get a replacement but nothing. The company we so unhelpful. After spending almost 1000 euro on the stove for it to break a year later is not on. There is no heat out of the stove now unless we open the door, which defeats the purpose of having a stove. We would actually get more heat out of an open fire now at this stage. Our local suppliers have stopped dealing with the company as their after sales care is really not good. Should have spent extra money and gone with a Stanley etc
