We had this installed 12months ago and have a large 6mx5m lounge. It heats the room beautifully. Although it only has the one heat adjustment at the front - that's all is needed and it's highly controllable from low ember to roaring. Perhaps it's because we are still getting grips with the stove but be carefull not o turn it down too soon (before it's really hot) or the glass will soot up. It cleans off really easily with baby wipes - but top tip is to put ash on the wipe first, just to make it a bit more abrasive (won't scratch the glass).
