    Stove expert replied: The output on this stove suits larger rooms and prior to any purchase a customer should check the required heat and ensure that they purchase a stove to suit. Running a stove on a low setting for long periods will not only lead to blackening of the glass but more soot deposits forming in the flue system Do make sure that the flue is cleaned often to keep it clear and try to operate the stove on short periods of fast burn to alleviate soot / tar build up. The wood should have no more than a 20% moisture content.

    Great stove, which will complement the right room. Good heat output and looks combined make it a winner. Cold flue can make it tricky to light. Note the air feed is through the base as well as the room. This isn't mentioned in the fitting instructions!!... []
