Refuelling this is a quick open of the door and throw it in, due to the amount of smoke that comes into the room when door opened.

We live in a bungalow with a straight steel flue, recently swept.

Any thoughts?

Stove expert replied: As this is a bungalow installation I expect that flue is less than the optimum of 4,5mtrs in height. Is the flue twin wall all the way? Is there enough air in to the room for combustion to occur? Have you an anti downdraught cowl? Has a flue draw test been undertaken? A chimney fan would certainly help to overcome this.
