Our first stove so browsed through so many before making our decision. We are not disappointed! Easy to use (especially for novices) , simple to light & for a 5kw stove, it belts out the heat! Love the big window in the door. Watching the fire sure beats watching the TV! Can''t think of anything we are not satisfied with, just wished we''d had one years ago! Only piece of advice is shop around as prices vary greatly. We got ours nearly £300 cheaper by searching on Internet!
