Had our stove for about 8-9 years and over the past 3 years we''ve really struggled to get the chimney swept as the internal parts have warped. This year the sweep couldn''t be completed as the internals were so warped they couldn''t be removed. Webs had 2 chimney sweeps that have both said that these stoves are notorious for warping. The last sweep told me that he had the same problem with 4 other of these stoves. The stove looks nice, but the design and quality of construction leave a lot to be desired. Would not recommend.
