Avoid - massive waste of money
So it looks great and did work well to start with. Unfortunately after 7 years it has basically fallen apart and the company’s attitude is that this is our fault. We can either pay hundreds of pounds for one of their engineers to look at it or admit defeat and throw the rusting lump in a skip. For context we have had woodburners for 25 years without a problem and live in a modern house, not a damp Victorian one.
