Review of Firebelly FB3 double sided stove

A suberb stove for a large room; window big enough for logs to burn standing up!

Bjorn Ramell 3 years ago

We wanted a double sided stove for our 800 sq ft newly extended kitchen/breakfast room.

The FB3 has biggest window of any we know of, and it is fabulous to watch a fire the size a tv. The double windows mean you can see through it, and the airwash keeps the windows clear, with occasional need to use wet newspaper.

It is easy to fire up with seasoned kindling and logs, and the two front vents and the top vents all need to be fully open for the hottest burn. The handles stay cool so no gloves are needed.

It comes in many colours, and we chose the black metallic which is elegant.

It is not cheap, but worth it if you want the biggest around.

Stove expert replied: Glad you're enjoying the view Bjorn! :)
