Good stove excellent for hot water and rads good.

But I can not keep the glass clear I only burn smokless.

I have contacted arada and been given mubo jumbo,

about draught , fuel,correct use of air draft etc etc etc.

I have owned several stoves both boiler and dry models with out this issue.

I have a good draught and no matter what I do I just can't get the glass to stay clean

Stove expert replied: Have you had a flue draw test undertaken? Does it match the required figure that the manufacturer states? Is there an air brick in the room? Arada know their products and there is likely to be a reason for this problem. What number are you keeping the thermostat set at? Was this stove sized correctly for the system that it is supplying?
